Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BidVoice LLC (“BidVoice,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service for you.
Information you provide
Account information (name, email, phone, business details, and password); User Content (customer lists, contact details, photographs, project information, messages, and bids); and payment information, which is processed by our third-party payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
Usage and device data, such as log data, IP address, device and browser type, and your interactions with the Service, along with cookies and similar technologies as described below. This is used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from service providers such as payment processors and analytics providers that help us run the Service.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide, secure, and improve the Service; generate AI assistance through Eden; process transactions; communicate with you; provide support; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with law. Contractor-supplied homeowner information is used to provide the relationship-scoped features of the Service and is not used to enable other contractors to discover or solicit those homeowners.
Your data stays scoped to you
Your business data is scoped to your account and is not shared with other contractors. Access is checked on every request. Private fields such as your margin and internal notes are never shown in a client’s view or in a client PDF.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service, and we may use analytics providers to understand usage. Where required by law, we obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies or trackers. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we share information
With other users, only as necessary to provide the relationship-scoped features you initiate (for example, sharing a bid with the contractor you contacted). With service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and AI processing). For legal reasons: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, safety, and security. And in a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, per-account isolation, and signed, expiring links for private files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but protecting your data is a priority.
Data retention and your rights
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@bidvoice.ai.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide a mobile number, we may send transactional and account-related texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Marketing texts, if ever offered, require separate consent.
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy and will post the updated version with a new effective date. Contact us regarding this Policy at privacy@bidvoice.ai, or BidVoice LLC — Attn: Privacy, 8221 5th Ave NE, Suite 103, Seattle, WA 98115.
